Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all seals intact.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
- Electrical components (PCBs, Sensors, Capacitors) once the sealed packaging is opened.
- Customized or specially indented parts.
- Items sold under "Clearance" or "Non-returnable" labels.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
- Alternatively, we can offer a store credit or a replacement part if available.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a priority replacement at no additional cost.
