1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Mithila Engineering website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using this site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. B2B Sales & Orders

Mithila Engineering primarily serves B2B customers. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you.

• Prices are listed in LKR and may be subject to change without notice.
• Invoices are generated upon order confirmation.
• Payment must be made via the accepted methods before dispatch, unless credit terms are pre-approved.

3. Product Descriptions

We take extreme care to ensure all descriptions, technical specifications, and images of appliance spare parts are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mithila Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
