1. Island-Wide Delivery

Mithila Engineering provides reliable delivery services across all districts of Sri Lanka. We partner with leading courier services to ensure your appliance spare parts reach you safely.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery timeframe is 2-4 working days.

• Colombo & Suburbs: 1-2 working days.
• Outstation Areas: 2-4 working days.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.

*Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. The final shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout page before payment. Promotional "Free Delivery" offers may apply to specific order values or products.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking token via email or SMS. You can use this token on our Track Order page to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

5. Handling of Fragile Items

Many appliance spare parts (like glass trays or delicate sensors) are fragile. We use industrial-grade packaging to minimize risk. Please inspect the package upon arrival before signing the acknowledgement.
